By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.
2. Services Offered
Beyond Design provides interior design services, including but not limited to consultations, design development, project management, and installation. Specific services will be outlined in individual contracts.
3. Client Responsibilities & Obligations
- Clients agree to provide accurate information regarding their needs, preferences, and any other relevant details.
- Clients are responsible for timely communication and responses for design discussions and approvals throughout the design process.
- The client agrees to communicate any changes in project scope or requirements as they arise.
4. Payment Terms
- All fees for services will be outlined in the payment chart provided to you.
- Payments must be made according to the schedule specified in the Payment chart.
- Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement.
5. Project Timeline
We will make every effort to complete your project within the specified timeline. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to client delays, and third-party delays.
6. Client Confidentiality:
We ensure that client information, including project details and personal data, will be treated with strict confidentiality. Assure clients that their information will not be shared with third parties without their explicit consent, except where required by law.
7. Warranty Conditions
- At Beyond Design, we stand behind our work and offer a 10-year warranty on our services, subject to specific policies. This warranty is applicable only if our in-house teams and material are utilized for the project.
- A warranty letter will be provided only when the client agrees upon to pay the GST amount and it will be issued only once the client has settled the GST bill.
- Please note that if the work is completed by the client’s team or third-party contractors, no warranty will be provided for materials or the quality of work.
8. Changes To Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
